We are a fast-growing, design-led home décor company supplying premium product assortments to the nation's leading big-box and off-price retailers — including TJX Companies (HomeGoods, TJ Maxx, Marshalls), Ross, Bealls, The Home Depot, Lowe's, and more. Our Warren, RI office is the heartbeat of our operations, where creative vision meets commercial execution. We're expanding beyond our house accounts and looking for established independent sales reps to carry our line into retailers we don't reach today. You bring the relationships; we bring a design-led product engine that closes. The Opportunity You've built your book over years — buyer relationships in home décor, housewares, furniture, or adjacent categories. We'll arm it. We handle design, sampling, costing, production, and logistics end to end; you open the door, make the pitch, and get paid on what you book. No geography, no office, no cap.
What You'll Do
Open doors at retailers in your network — big-box, off-price, club, grocery, specialty, e-commerce, or strong independents — and get our line in front of their buyers. Pitch assortments and seasonal programs from our existing range — or brief our design team on what your buyers need, and we'll build it. Drive deals from first meeting to purchase order, and stay the relationship owner as programs repeat and grow. Coordinate with our merchandising team on samples, pricing, and order status — we execute behind you. What You Bring An active book of retail buyer relationships in home décor, housewares, furniture, or adjacent categories. Vendor-side selling experience and a track record of landing programs, not just meetings. High agency and a bias for action — you run your territory like your own business, because it is. Multi-line reps welcome — as long as you're not carrying directly competing product in the same categories. What We Provide A design-led, globally sourced product engine: in-house design, rapid sampling, competitive costing, and reliable production and logistics. Line sheets, presentations, and samples that make you look good in the room. A responsive back office — quoting, order management, and compliance — so you can stay in front of buyers. Credibility: our products already sit with the nation's leading big-box and off-price retailers. Commission & Terms Commission-based with uncapped earnings — you're paid on the business you originate. Your named accounts are yours — you're credited for the accounts you bring and protected on them. Rates, categories, and account lists agreed individually up front — in writing, no ambiguity.
