About the Role
Brooksource is seeking an Analyst, End User Client to provide technical support for a proprietary customer ordering application. This role focuses on troubleshooting application issues, resolving account access concerns, and assisting users with online ordering and reporting. The ideal candidate has experience in an IT service desk or call center environment, strong communication skills, and a customer-first mindset.
What You'll Do
Provide technical support for customer ordering applications, troubleshooting login issues, ordering errors, and advanced reporting problems. Respond to inquiries regarding system procedures, online transactions, system status, and downtime procedures. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while meeting established service level objectives. Partner with end users and Level 2 support teams to investigate and resolve incidents. Document cases accurately in call-tracking software and escalate issues to the appropriate support teams. Deliver professional, customer-focused support while maintaining clear communication throughout the resolution process. Assist with Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams and OneDrive, as well as user account management tasks such as password resets and account unlocks. What You Bring At least 2 years of experience in an IT service desk, global IT service center, or call center environment providing end-user support. Strong verbal and written English communication skills. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and customer service skills. Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) tools such as ServiceNow or BMC Remedy. Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Teams, OneDrive, and user account management. Ability to work a flexible schedule and support users in a fast-paced environment. Reliable home internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps. A dedicated home office space suitable for remote work.
