Qualifications

Requirements: · 10+ years of Program Management experience within a technical or infrastructure-focused organization · MUST understand GPUaaS deployment · Expert-level proficiency in Smartsheet and Jira plans; specifically in building and managing mult-program portfolios and dependency-linked schedules. · Exceptional communication & EQ: Proven ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority and translate technical complexity for business audience. · Deep experience in Organizational Change Management: Ability to drive process adoption and maintain program health during rapid scaling and pivots. · Technical fluency: A strong foundational understanding of data center deployments and the critical path items Additional Requirements, nice to have: · Experience with data center builds · Knowledge of MEP (Mechanical Electrical Plumbing) for AI data centers · Knowledge of of Basis of Design and BIll of Materials · Working knowledge of Smartsheets · Data center delivery · Governance and Process standardization · Cross-Functional collaboration · Vendor alignment · Clearing blockers · Maintaining RAID logs · Program setups and kickoffs · End to End lifecycle planning and execution · GPU AI infrastructure
