We are currently seeking motivated, results-driven Inside Sales Representatives to join our growing team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a sales professional who is tech-savvy, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys building relationships while closing deals. What You’ll Do Generate new business through both cold and warm outbound sales calls Use a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and recommend solutions Deliver engaging online software demonstrations to prospective clients Manage the sales process from initial contact through closing and beyond Provide an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales cycle Build long-term client relationships and maintain ongoing customer engagement
Qualifications
Proven ability to close sales over the phone Cabinet Manufacturer Representative experience is required Training & Support We provide paid training that covers: Software and product knowledge Design workflow Customer management Sales process training Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $45,000–$50,000 Commission starting from your first sale - 15% for new sales Monthly performance bonuses Residual commission - 10% Average annual earnings: $100,000–$120,000 Top performers earn $200,000+ annually
