Point A Insurance is seeking an experienced, licensed insurance agent with an established book of business who wants agency support today and a thoughtful path toward retirement in the future. Perhaps you enjoy working with your clients but want fewer responsibilities running an agency. Or you're thinking about slowing down and want to know your clients will be cared for when you're ready. We'd like to discuss bringing your book to Point A while allowing you to remain involved in serving your clients. Salary Range: $37,500.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Requirements
Active Property & Casualty insurance license. An established book that you own or have the contractual right to transfer to Point A Insurance. Any existing non-compete, non-solicitation, or other contractual obligations must allow the proposed move and client transition. Willingness to review carrier compatibility and, where appropriate and permitted, transition accounts to carriers represented by Point A Insurance. Strong client service, sales, cross-selling, and follow-through skills. Please Note: We welcome applications from qualified insurance agents based in Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, and Mississippi.
Responsibilities
Service your existing clients, including policy changes, coverage questions, renewals and assistance with the claims process. Sell insurance to new clients through referrals, relationship building, and follow-up. Review clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage. Identify cross-selling opportunities to help clients protect their homes, vehicles, businesses, and families. Follow up on quotes and help clients complete the application and policy purchase process. Maintain accurate client records and document communications in our agency management system. Work with the Point A team to provide timely, dependable service. Help gradually transition client relationships and servicing responsibilities as you choose to reduce your workload, according to your agreed succession plan.
