Insurance Sales Representative
We are hiring motivated, competitive Health Insurance Sales Agents for our West Palm Beach office. No insurance license needed to start, but must have prior sales experience. We provide paid training, ongoing coaching, and can assist qualified candidates with obtaining their Florida health insurance license. What You'll Do
Speak with consumers interested in health insurance coverage Evaluate customer needs and recommend appropriate plans Explain coverage, benefits, and pricing Guide customers through the enrollment process Follow up with prospects using our CRM and sales process
What We're Looking For
Strong communication and phone skills Competitive, motivated, and performance-driven Coachable and willing to follow a proven sales process Reliable and professional Comfortable working in fast-paced sales environment Previous experience in health insurance, Limited med, Medicare, ACA, life insurance, final expense, supplemental insurance, or other phone-based sales is a plus. Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
