Integrations Technical Specialist

Job Title: Integrations Technical Specialist Location: Remote Duration: Contract – 12 months Pay Rate Range: $30 - $34 per hour (DOE) Responsibilities: Own technical triage for partner integration requests, investigating API errors, data discrepancies, configuration issues, onboarding blockers, and integration runtime behavior. Analyze support volume, API usage, partner behavior, and operational data using SQL, dashboards, and reporting to identify trends and recurring issues. Support partners through onboarding, launch readiness, and ongoing operations, including live troubleshooting and coordination across Product, Engineering, Data, and Support teams. Develop reusable diagnostic queries, dashboards, playbooks, documentation, and self-service resources to reduce repeat issues and improve resolution times. Translate technical findings into product, engineering, automation, and process improvement recommendations that improve integration reliability and partner experience. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in API integrations, technical partner support, implementation, solutions engineering, or a similar technical operations role. Hands-on experience troubleshooting APIs, data flows, webhooks, configuration changes, and integration behavior. SQL or comparable query experience, with the ability to analyze datasets and use dashboards or BI tools to identify trends and quantify impact.
