We are seeking a motivated and compassionate intern to support our team with patient engagement and onboarding within a mental health setting. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in behavioral health, patient communication, and clinical operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with patient onboarding processes, including intake coordination and follow-ups
- Support patient engagement efforts to ensure a positive and welcoming experience
- Help manage communication with patients via phone, email, and digital platforms
- Collaborate with the team to improve patient experience and workflow efficiency
- May assist with social media and patient-facing content
Qualifications:
- Interest in mental health, psychology, or healthcare
- 8-10 hours weekly
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Comfortable working in a team environment
- Interest or experience in social media/creating digital contend, and familiarity with AI is a plus
