IPM Partner Marketing Manager

About the Opportunity: The IPM PARTNER MARKETING MANAGER role is designed to support the organization's clients by guiding their partners in executing successful industry partner marketing programs. This position is responsible for acting as a strategic marketing advisor, managing program execution, and maintaining partner relationships to accelerate partner success and meet business goals. Responsibilities: Act as a strategic marketing advisor to partners, providing guidance on go-to-market planning, execution, and reporting. Support clients in developing marketing programs that encourage partner engagement. Execute marketing programs end to end, including demand generation and integrated digital initiatives. Manage daily partner communications and performance reviews. Guide partners in using Marketing Development Funds, including managing third-party agencies and measuring ROI. Collaborate with clients and partners to report on marketing performance and ensure alignment with business objectives. Provide training and best practices for navigating the marketing platform and tools. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of partner marketing experience with a focus on digital and demand generation. Preferred background in B2B marketing or agency environments. Experience in the technology industry is advantageous. Strong analytical skills for performance measurement and optimization. Excellent communication skills for client-facing and internal collaboration. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Pay Range and Compensation Package: Salary range for this role is $60,000 to $80,000.
