IT Business Analyst

The IT Senior Technical Analyst is responsible for implementing, supporting, and maintaining technology solutions focused on inmate banking and trust fund management systems. Key duties include configuring banking applications, supporting transactions, assisting with account reconciliations, and ensuring seamless integration with correctional systems. They provide technical support for software, databases, and hardware, utilizing tools like Microsoft SQL Server, Crystal Reports, and .NET. They lead technology implementations, manage multiple projects, and coordinate with IT teams, vendors, and clients to support system upgrades and modernization initiatives. Serving as a technical resource, they conduct client training, develop user guides, and participate in meetings and demonstrations. Qualifications include 2-4 years of IT experience in application support, familiarity with banking and financial systems, strong SQL skills, and experience with project management. Preferred experience includes inmate banking and correctional technology. The role requires excellent communication, analytical skills, and the ability to work remotely with extensive travel across the country.
