About The Role Flexzo is seeking a highly skilled IT Manager to serve as the central figure in managing and optimizing our internal technological infrastructure. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with a strong technical background and a passion for leveraging AI to enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a robust IT environment that supports our innovative projects and daily operations. As an AI-forward organization, we expect our IT Manager to incorporate AI tools and methodologies into their workflows, ensuring that our infrastructure remains cutting-edge and secure. Qualifications 3-7 years of experience in IT management, systems administration, or technical operations, preferably within a technology-driven environment. Proven expertise in utilizing AI-native workflows to improve system performance, security, and automation. Strong technical proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, along with experience in automation scripting (Python, Shell, etc.). Deep understanding of security frameworks, identity and access management (IAM), and compliance standards. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Preferred: Experience in AI implementation engineering or software development to support our technical teams effectively.
Responsibilities
Design and manage internal cloud infrastructure and SaaS stacks optimized for AI development, deployment, and scalability. Implement and oversee security protocols to safeguard proprietary AI workflows and sensitive client data, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Automate internal business processes and manage CRM/CMS platforms to reduce manual workload and increase operational efficiency. Utilize AI tools daily for network diagnostics, troubleshooting, security analysis, and quality assurance to maintain high system reliability. Collaborate with engineering, strategy, and growth teams to ensure technical alignment with company objectives and milestones. Oversee procurement, deployment, and maintenance of hardware and software assets for a remote, global workforce. Stay updated with emerging AI and IT trends to continually enhance infrastructure and workflows. Lead initiatives to improve security posture, disaster recovery plans, and system resilience.
