IT Portfolio Manager

Leading a portfolio of IT projects focused on construction and infrastructure, the full-time IT Portfolio Manager will oversee governance, resource planning, and performance reporting while managing Project Managers and Coordinators in a hybrid remote environment. Key responsibilities Manage portfolio governance, intake, prioritization, and tracking for IT-supported construction and infrastructure initiatives Provide leadership and development for team members, ensuring successful delivery of key initiatives through effective resource management Establish and maintain governance frameworks and processes while tracking and reporting on portfolio health, including budget and strategic outcomes Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field with 6 years of IT experience, or equivalent experience in a complex IT environment 4 years of paid work experience as a Project Leader managing related projects 4 years of progressively responsible management duties Experience managing large, complex projects with senior leadership interaction Experience leading IT-supported Design & Construction and infrastructure initiatives Experience: 7 years required
