Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Specialist with Oracle ERP experience to support enterprise IT applications, business systems, and ERP operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in general IT systems, Oracle technologies, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and functional consultants to support, maintain, enhance, and integrate enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical and functional support for enterprise IT systems and Oracle ERP applications. Support Oracle ERP implementations, configurations, upgrades, enhancements, and maintenance. Work with business and technical teams to gather requirements and develop effective IT solutions. Troubleshoot application issues and support production environments. Assist with system integration, data migration, testing, and deployment activities. Support ERP modules such as Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Human Resources, and Project Management. Coordinate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to improve system performance and operational efficiency. Maintain technical documentation, system configurations, and operational procedures. Ensure compliance with IT security, data governance, and organizational standards. Required Skills 5+ years of experience in IT applications, enterprise systems, or ERP environments. Hands-on experience with Oracle technologies and Oracle ERP applications. Understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), or similar Oracle enterprise solutions. Knowledge of IT application support, system integration, and troubleshooting. Familiarity with SQL, PL/SQL, databases, and enterprise application architecture. Experience with ERP business processes and workflows. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to collaborate with technical and business teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications or Oracle EBS. Knowledge of Oracle Financials, Procurement, SCM, or HCM modules. Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, and web services. Experience with ERP implementation, modernization, or migration projects. Understanding of ITIL processes, incident management, and change management. Experience working in Agile or Waterfall delivery environments. Compensation: 70-75/hr on w2. This is the targeted compensation range for this role. Please note that this range is provided as a guideline and the final offer will be based on several factors, including but not limited to, skillset and competencies, level of experience, education, certifications, and location.
