Java Full Stack Developer
Job Title: Java Full Stack Developer Location: Columbus, OH – Wilmington, DE – (Hybrid, 3 days per week; may transition to fully onsite) Duration: 6+ Months Contract Required Skills Strong hands-on experience with React.js or Angular. Strong JavaScript development experience. Hands-on experience with Java and full-stack application development. Strong experience with AWS and cloud-based application development. Experience working in full-stack development with a strong focus on Front-End technologies. Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude. Recent hands-on experience with the required technologies, preferably within the last 2 years. Job Responsibilities Participate in the design, development, testing, and delivery of secure, high-quality production code in an Agile environment. Develop new features and enhancements while following established engineering standards and SDLC practices. Participate in code reviews and help debug and resolve application defects and production issues. Collaborate with product, design, QA, and operations teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions. Support application monitoring, incident troubleshooting, and system stability improvements. Follow established frameworks, tools, and development best practices. Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver them within agreed timelines. Identify and communicate technical risks, dependencies, and challenges.
