JOB TITLE: Telehealth Mental Health Therapist / Counselor (Independent Contractor)

We support clinicians with a telehealth platform, centralized billing, and administrative coordination so they can focus on delivering thoughtful, high-quality care. Duties: Deliver individual, couples, family, or other authorized outpatient psychotherapy services via secure telehealth. Conduct clinical assessments, diagnoses within professional scope, and individualized treatment planning. Maintain accurate, timely session notes and other clinical documentation in Simple Practice. Provide evidence-informed, culturally responsive, trauma-informed clinical care. Conduct risk assessments and coordinate appropriate referrals when clinically indicated. Follow applicable ethical, privacy, professional licensing, supervision, and payer requirements. Coordinate appropriately with CHI administrative and clinical personnel. WHO WE ARE SEEKING Independently licensed mental health clinicians authorized to practice in the applicable state/jurisdiction, including LCPC/LPC, LCSW-C/LCSW/LICSW, LMFT, and comparable eligible credentials. Eligible graduate-level clinicians, such as LGPCs and LMSWs, when supervision and payer requirements are satisfied. Clinicians with interest or experience in trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, relationships, family care, and appropriate outpatient substance use counseling. Active, verifiable license; professional liability coverage; secure private telehealth workspace; stable internet; and reliable clinical documentation practices. Clinical experience with virtual counseling is preferred. Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 20.0 per week Work Location: Remote
