Support the Red Cross from home by helping to coordinate volunteers for life-saving blood drives! As a Scheduling Team Member, you'll manage shift schedules, communicate with volunteers, and assist with their onboarding to help ensure smooth operations at blood drives throughout New Hampshire and Vermont.

Keep blood drive schedules updated Recruit and communicate with volunteers by phone & email Teach volunteers how to self-schedule online Manage volunteer engagement and follow-up

Requirements

Passionate about the Red Cross mission Comfortable with computers and virtual scheduling Strong communication and relationship-building skills
