About this job:

We are looking for a Project/Service Manager to join a long-term, international project in the pharmaceutical domain.

Location: Bulgaria, Serbia, Georgia, Montenegro, Moldova etc.(remote)

What makes you a great fit:

• 3+ years of experience in a service management, IT support, or project coordination role;
• Solid understanding of ITSM processes and best practices (ITIL knowledge is a plus);
• Experience managing incidents, service requests, and SLA compliance;
• Experience planning and coordinating software releases, including UAT and retrospectives;
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills;
• Ability to produce clear, structured reporting for management and clients;
• Fluent English and Russian, both written and spoken;
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

How you'll make an impact:

Support:

• Assign new incidents and service tasks to the right owner;
• Ensure the team follows the ITSM process;
• Monitor SLA compliance across tickets;
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports;
• Communicate with stakeholders and the team;
• Prepare knowledge base materials;
• Review and improve support processes.

Releases:

• Plan releases;
• Track deadlines and keep statuses updated;
• Assign tasks;
• Conduct UAT;
• Facilitate retrospectives;
• Communicate with stakeholders;
• Prepare checklists and release notes;
• Review and improve release processes.
