Role Description This part-time remote Junior Data Analyst (Entry / Junior Level) role at LM Fundo de Investimento focuses on supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization. The Junior Data Analyst will assist with collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from multiple internal and external sources. The role involves building basic reports and dashboards, performing routine analyses to identify trends and patterns, and preparing clear summaries for stakeholders. The Junior Data Analyst will also help maintain data quality standards, document methodologies, and collaborate with team members to refine data models and analytical processes.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong analytical skills and a foundational understanding of data analytics to interpret data and support business insights. Candidates should possess knowledge of statistics and basic quantitative methods to conduct simple analyses and validate findings. Candidates should possess data modeling skills to help structure datasets, support reporting, and contribute to the design of analytical solutions. Candidates should possess clear written and verbal communication skills to present results, explain methodologies, and collaborate with stakeholders. Candidates should ideally have familiarity with tools such as Excel, SQL, or basic BI/visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar). Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. An associate or bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (such as Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Finance, or related discipline), or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
