• Quality Assurance: Perform double‑checks and cross‑referencing against source documents to minimize errors and maintain data integrity.
• Order & Status Management: Track customer orders, update order statuses, and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders.
• Reporting & Documentation: Generate regular reports on data entry metrics, error rates, and process improvements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Data Governance team, IT support, and business units to resolve data discrepancies and refine data entry workflows.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify bottlenecks, propose automation solutions, and participate in pilot projects to enhance data entry efficiency.

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is a plus.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with data management tools.
• Strong typing speed (≥ 60 words per minute) and exceptional accuracy (≥ 99% error-free).
