Knowledge Graph Engineer

Seeking a full-time salaried Knowledge Graph Engineer, the candidate will design, build, and maintain scalable knowledge graph solutions in a remote environment, translating ontologies into production systems and developing data pipelines for analytics. Key responsibilities Maintain and extend the knowledge graph, including schema, ingestion pipelines, and query layer Build and run validation and data-governance pipelines to ensure data quality and performance Collaborate with data engineers and biology teams to integrate knowledge graph solutions with cloud platforms and enterprise data ecosystems Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, data engineering, AI, or a related field, with 3+ years of industry experience in data engineering Hands-on experience with graph databases such as Neo4j, including writing and optimizing queries in Cypher Working knowledge of semantic modeling concepts and standards such as RDF and OWL Experience designing and building APIs (e.g., REST or GraphQL) for accessing graph data Strong Python skills and familiarity with Google Cloud and BigQuery
