Lead AI Python Developer – Job Description Position: Lead AI Python Developer Experience: 10+ Years Location: USA – Initial Remote. Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a Lead AI Python Developer with 10+ years of software engineering experience and strong expertise in Python, AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, and cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will lead the design and development of scalable AI solutions while working closely with engineering, data, and product teams. Key Skills & Responsibilities
- 10+ years of experience in Python development, software engineering, and technical leadership.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Python, FastAPI/Flask, REST APIs, Microservices, and distributed applications.
- Build and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions using PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, and related frameworks.
- Strong experience with LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering, Vector Databases, embeddings, and AI agents.
- Develop production-grade AI applications using OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or similar LLM platforms.
- Design data and AI pipelines using Python, SQL, Spark/PySpark, and modern data platforms.
- Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud-native application development.
- Implement MLOps/LLMOps practices including model deployment, monitoring, versioning, evaluation, and optimization.
- Lead technical design, code reviews, architecture discussions, and mentor senior/junior developers.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Product Managers, and DevOps teams to deliver enterprise AI solutions.
- Strong understanding of AI security, responsible AI, scalability, performance optimization, and production deployment.
