Lead Cloud Software Engineer
An employer is seeking a Lead Cloud Software Engineer to join a large, complex product development team. The Role Support agile software design and development for products integrated into large-scale compute clusters. Perform requirements analysis, software design, development, and integration at a high level of proficiency. Evaluate project needs, determine tasks and durations, and conduct code reviews. Provide guidance and direction to junior programmer/analysts. What You'll Need High School Diploma / GED and 8 years of experience in software development/engineering, or a Bachelor's degree and 6 years, or a Master's degree and 4 years. Strong experience with Java programming, especially for distributed systems with networking and multi-threading. Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Ansible and Puppet. Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance and one of the following certifications: AWS Certified Developer - Associate, AWS DevOps Engineer - Professional, AWS Certified Machine Learning - Associate/Specialty, or Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD).
