Lead Financial Analyst

About the Opportunity: The LEAD FINANCIAL ANALYST role is designed to provide strategic financial leadership and partnership across technology organizations. This position is responsible for developing operational performance metrics, managing integrated financial planning and analysis, and driving process improvements. The role contributes by delivering actionable financial insights and maintaining financial governance, which supports informed decision-making and business alignment. Responsibilities: Lead the development and refinement of operational metrics reporting Direct multi-quarter financial planning, forecasting, and actuals analysis Identify and implement enhancements in financial systems and forecasting workflows Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to stakeholders Oversee financial governance and SOX compliance Supervise month-end close processes and review key journal entries Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related quantitative field; advanced degree or certification preferred 5 to 8+ years of progressive experience in corporate FP&A or finance roles at senior levels Advanced financial modeling skills in Excel and Google Sheets Exceptional executive communication and storytelling abilities Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and enforce financial accountability Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Preferred: Experience supporting tech organizations and scaling BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Domo) Pay Range and Compensation Package: The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
