Lead ServiceNow Engineer

Description: Experience Required: 8-12+ years of overall IT experience 5-8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience Experience leading platform implementations or major enhancement programs Experience mentoring developers and administrators Experience working in enterprise-scale environments (multiple integrations, governance controls, SDLC processes) Preferred Experience leading ServiceNow transformations or platform consolidations Experience with managed service providers and offshore development teams Experience supporting regulated organizations (audit, compliance, security requirements) Core Certifications: Must Have: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) ITIL 4 Foundation Strongly Preferred: At least one implementation specialist certification: CIS-ITSM (Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM) CIS-Discovery CIS-Service Mapping CIS-CMDB / Data Foundations CIS-CSM (if customer workflows are in scope) CIS-HRSD (if employee workflows are in scope) NOTE: Interested Candidates can apply by sending their Updated Resume and Contact Details.
