Lead Software Engineer – Cloud & AI

We're Hiring: Lead Software Engineer – Golang/Python | AWS EKS | OpenShift | AI Location: Remote Experience: 8–10 Years We are looking for a hands-on Technical Lead / Lead Software Engineer with strong expertise in backend development, distributed systems, cloud-native architecture, and AI-assisted software development. Key Technical Requirements: Expert-level programming experience in Golang (Go) and Python Strong backend development experience with Node.js Proven experience designing scalable, highly available distributed systems and microservices Deep hands-on expertise with AWS, EKS, Kubernetes, and Red Hat OpenShift Strong automation experience with CI/CD, Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible Experience with event-driven architectures, Kafka, SQS/SNS, and fault-tolerant systems Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor Knowledge of LLM integrations, RAG, embeddings, and agentic workflows (MCP) Experience leading technical design, code reviews, architectural decisions, and engineering teams Preferred Experience: US healthcare insurance/payer domain (claims, enrollment, benefits, provider networks) HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, or X12 EDI Client-facing technical consulting experience The national base pay range below is a good-faith estimate of what our client may pay for new hires. Actual pay may vary based on Client's assessment of the candidates knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, certifications and ability to meet required minimum job qualifications.
