This is an independent, commission-based business opportunity rather than a traditional salaried position. Training, mentorship, and a structured business framework are provided. What You'll Be Doing Introduce prospective clients to personal development and leadership education programs Build professional relationships through outreach, conversations, and follow-up Support individuals as they explore their personal and professional development goals Manage client engagement and business-building activities using digital tools Participate in ongoing leadership, mindset, and business training Set and pursue personal and professional goals within a structured framework Who We're Looking For Experienced corporate or entrepreneurial professionals seeking greater freedom, purpose, and personal growth Individuals with strong communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills People who are passionate about personal transformation and helping others succeed Self-motivated, proactive professionals who take ownership of their results Individuals comfortable working independently in a remote environment Professionals with a strong command of written and spoken English, located in approved markets
