Job description: We are seeking an experienced Pre-Litigation Case Manager to join our growing personal injury team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing personal injury cases from intake through pre-litigation resolution, coordinating medical treatment, building strong cases, reviewing insurance policies, preparing and sending demand packages, and pursuing policy limits settlements when appropriate. Responsibilities:
- Manage personal injury cases throughout the pre-litigation process.
Coordinate and monitor clients' medical treatment and appointments. Review and analyze insurance policies and coverage information. Gather and organize medical records, bills, and supporting documentation. Build and maintain comprehensive case files. Communicate regularly with clients, providers, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders. Prepare, draft, and send demand packages to insurance companies. Negotiate claims and pursue policy limits settlements when applicable. Maintain accurate case notes and documentation in Filevine. Track deadlines and ensure timely progression of all assigned cases. Provide case status updates to attorneys and management. Ensure compliance with firm procedures and best practices. Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience as a Pre-Litigation Case Manager in a personal injury law firm.
- Advanced English and Spanish communication skills (written and verbal).
- Must have hands-on experience using Filevine.
