Job Title Licensed ACA Health Insurance Agent – 2027 Renewals (1,500+ Member Book) Company Overview The Health Advisors is a leading ACA agency specializing in Marketplace enrollments and renewals. We support individuals and families through ACA coverage with accuracy, education, and exceptional customer service. Our team is preparing for the 2027 Healthcare Season and seeking experienced ACA agents to help renew and retain a book of 1,500+ active members. Position Summary This is a 1099 remote, work‑from‑home role focused on renewing existing ACA members and growing our current book of business year around. Agents will handle inbound and outbound calls, review eligibility updates, explain plan options, and complete accurate reenrollments. This role requires strong ACA experience, high attention to detail, and proven performance in retention or renewals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage renewals for our existing ACA members
- Review income, household changes, and eligibility updates
- Explain updated plan options and assist with selection
- Complete accurate Marketplace renewals and reenrollments
- Maintain retention standards for a 1,500+ member book
- Document interactions and follow compliance guidelines
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout OEP
- Grow our book of business during the remainder of year (ROY)
Required Qualifications
- Active Health Insurance License
- ACA Marketplace experience (minimum 2 renewal years required)
- Proven performance in renewals, retention, or ACA telesales
- Strong understanding of Marketplace rules and eligibility
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Marketplace tools
- Spanish preferred but not required
Compensation
- Tier 1: 0-59 Applications = $17.50/per Member
- Tier 2: 60-99 Applications = $20/per MemberTier 3: 100-124 Applications = $25/per MemberTier 4: 124-149 Applications = $27.50/per MemberTier 5: 150+ Applications = $30/per Member
