Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with personal lines clients, focusing on auto insurance and related coverages to meet individual needs. Educate customers on policy options, coverage details, and regulatory requirements while ensuring compliance and high service standards. Prepare and process quotes, enrollments, and policy changes using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools. Prospect and engage potential clients, leveraging multilingual abilities to expand market reach; collaborate with team on sales strategies. Maintain accurate records, update benefits and policy information, and provide ongoing support for claims and renewals.
