Licensed Clinical Social Worker

🌍 Remote · United States 💼 Full-time

Company Description

Handspring Health is rebuilding the pediatric behavioral health system to ensure children’s mental health is cared for as thoughtfully as their physical health. The organization focuses on closing care gaps by reducing long wait times and financial barriers that families frequently encounter. Handspring Health offers a modern care experience that combines a digital platform, in-person clinics, and telehealth to deliver timely, appropriate support for children and families. In addition to psychotherapy, services are expanding to include evidence-based content, psychiatry, and medication management. Role Description The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) will provide high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy and behavioral health support to children, adolescents, and their families through remote care. In this full-time role, the LCSW will conduct biopsychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans, deliver individual and family therapy, and coordinate care with other clinical team members. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate clinical documentation, participating in case conferences, and collaborating with psychiatry, primary care, and school-based partners to ensure continuity of care. The LCSW will also help families navigate community resources, support crisis intervention when needed, and contribute to the development of integrated digital and telehealth care pathways. This is a remote position that requires comfort with virtual care technologies and a commitment to accessible, child-centered services.
