What We're Looking For
An active life insurance license applicable to Indiana. A strong work ethic and willingness to be coached. Professional communication and relationship-building skills. A desire to grow production and take ownership of your results. Previous life insurance sales experience is preferred. Compensation 100% commission-based compensation. Independent-agent model. Income potential based on individual production and performance. This is not a salaried position. Success requires consistent effort, accountability, and follow-through.
