Responsibilities
- Proactively manage scheduling and cancellations through our online platform
- Conduct initial intakes, treatment plans, and complete SOAP notes
- Provide telehealth care for adult individuals and couples, managing weekly sessions and treatment
- Maintain a private, quiet space to conduct therapy sessions
- Participate in biweekly peer counseling sessions and monthly professional development workshops
Qualifications
- Licensed to practice Mental Health in New York (NYS LMHC)
- Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling
- Strong commitment to continuous learning and improvement of therapeutic skills
- High work ethic, with a genuine passion for therapy and the healing process
- Committed to a full-time schedule, completing 30 direct service hours per week
