Who We're Looking For We welcome applications from independently licensed professionals, including:

• Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW)
• Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC)
• Licensed Clinical Professional Counselors (LCPC)
• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCC)
• Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC)
• Licensed Clinical Psychologists (PhD / PsyD)
• Other qualifying independently licensed mental health clinicians

An active, unrestricted independent clinical license in at least one U.S. state is required. Licensure in multiple states is a plus, but not required. Trauma Counseling Experience Required We are specifically seeking clinicians with demonstrated experience treating individuals who have experienced:

• Motor vehicle accidents and accident-related trauma
• PTSD and acute stress reactions
• Sexual assault and interpersonal violence
• Violent crime and victimization
• Workplace trauma and harassment
• Anxiety, depression, and adjustment difficulties following traumatic events
• Other psychologically traumatic experiences

Experience with evidence-based trauma treatment approaches such as EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Trauma-Focused CBT, or Prolonged Exposure (PE) is highly desirable. Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is a plus!

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted independent clinical license in at least one U.S. state
• Prior clinical experience providing trauma-focused counseling
• Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
• Ability to provide independent psychotherapy within the scope of licensure
• Comfortable providing services through telehealth
• Commitment to ethical, compassionate, evidence-based patient care
• Reliable communication and professionalism
