We welcome licensed therapists who bring cultural humility, varied perspectives, and demonstrated experience supporting Black and African American individuals, couples, and families, as well as other historically underserved communities. MySpectrum is a practice, not a platform. Our clinicians are direct employees (W-2) who receive the operational support they need while maintaining the clinical independence necessary to provide excellent care. Part-time and full-time opportunities are available.

Requirements
