Why Join HomeTrino Mortgage?✅ Company-generated mortgage leads ✅ Access to HomeTrino Realty referral opportunities ✅ Marketing and lead-generation resources ✅ Processing and operational support ✅ Arive LOS & Follow Up Boss CRM ✅ Ongoing training and professional development ✅ Remote flexibility within Florida ✅ 401(k) retirement plan available ✅ Unlimited income potential CompensationCommission Structure🔹 50 BPS (0.50%) on company-provided mortgage leads 🔹 115 BPS (1.15%) on self-generated and sphere-of-influence business 🔹 Uncapped earning potential 🔹 Performance-based bonus opportunities What You'll DoMortgage Origination & Client Management Originate residential mortgage loans from company leads, Realtor referrals, and self-generated business Conduct borrower consultations and recommend financing solutions Complete mortgage applications and collect required documentation Review income, credit, assets, liabilities, tax returns, and supporting borrower documentation Structure loans according to investor and underwriting guidelines Run and interpret DU/LPA findings Educate borrowers on mortgage programs, rates, and financing options Manage the loan process from application through closing Coordinate with processors, underwriters, title companies, and real estate professionals Realtor Partnership DevelopmentBuild relationships with HomeTrino Realty agents and referral partners Serve as a trusted mortgage resource for real estate professionals Deliver timely pre-approvals and transaction updates Assist agents with financing strategies and loan guidance Participate in business development and team growth initiatives Lead Conversion & Business GrowthConvert company-generated leads into funded loans Consistently follow up through phone, text, email, and CRM activities Maintain accurate pipeline updates within Follow Up Boss Develop additional business through networking and referral relationships Meet or exceed production goals Technology StackHomeTrino Mortgage utilizes: Arive Loan Origination System (LOS) Follow Up Boss CRM Company marketing and lead-generation systems Experience with Arive and Follow Up Boss is preferred but not required. QualificationsRequired Active Florida Mortgage Loan Originator License (NMLS Required) Minimum 2 years of mortgage origination or lending experience Knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and Jumbo loan products Strong understanding of loan structuring and underwriting guidelines Experience reviewing borrower financial documentation Ability to run and interpret DU/LPA findings Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills Experience using mortgage LOS and CRM systems Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Strong social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other channels Ability to market yourself and generate business opportunities Flexible schedule with availability for occasional evenings and weekends as needed Preferred3+ years of mortgage origination experience Experience with Arive LOS Experience with Follow Up Boss CRM Underwriting or processing experience Established Realtor, builder, or referral partner relationships Experience in a purchase-focused mortgage environment About HomeTrino MortgageHomeTrino Mortgage is built around collaboration, accountability, and performance.
