We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative who thrives in a team-oriented environment. This role blends relationship-driven service with sales production, including cross-selling and account rounding. You will work Monday through Friday, no weekends, seeking someone with clear performance goals and strong leadership support. Must be money motivated!

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish preferred
• Property & Casualty License or Personal Lines License required to be considered
• Prior experience in sales
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Self-starter with a goal-driven mindset
• Professional communication skills

Responsibilities

• Sell new insurance policies and assist prospects with coverage options
• At least 1 year of insurance sales experience
• Assist customers with policy questions, changes, and coverage reviews
• Provide excellent customer service while building strong client relationships
• Process policy updates, payments, and documentation accurately
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional coverage when appropriate
• Follow up with leads and support the team with daily office tasks

Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license required; 1+ year insurance sales experience; prior sales experience; detail-oriented, self-starter, professional communication; Spanish preferred.
