Licensed Professional Counselor

Description - Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) – Michigan - Full-Time | Remote / Telehealth - Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits - Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Position Overview - This role is for a Michigan-licensed LPC who will provide counseling to clients through telehealth. - You will work with adults, adolescents, and families based on caseload needs, helping clients address concerns that may be affecting their mood, relationships, behavior, or day-to-day life. - The position involves regular client sessions, intake work, clinical documentation, and follow-up throughout care. - You will also use your judgment to recognize when a client may need additional services or a different level of support. Clinical Responsibilities - Conduct scheduled counseling sessions through secure video appointments - Complete new-client intakes and review relevant clinical background - Identify the main concerns to address during therapy - Guide sessions based on each client’s current needs - Maintain progress notes, assessments, and other required records - Review changes in a client’s condition or circumstances over time - Follow Michigan licensing, confidentiality, and professional requirements Requirements - Master’s degree in Counseling or a related mental health field - Active Michigan LPC license in good standing - At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical counseling experience preferred - Experience with telehealth or outpatient mental health services is a plus - Strong clinical judgment, organization, and documentation skills Benefits - 2 weeks PTO - Health Insurance - 401K Plan with 3% Company Match We invite qualified candidates to submit their application.
