Job Description:

Professionally handle a high volume of incoming calls including account, claim and general questions
Gather customer information, assess and fulfill customer needs, and educate customers about products and services
Utilize and navigate multiple systems simultaneously
Communicate with pet parents verbally and in writing
Resolve customer issues via one-call resolution guidelines and/or escalated process
Meet or exceed company and client performance metrics
Balance company policy and client benefit in decision making
Identify opportunities to drive process improvements benefiting the client and its customers
Complete call disposition and compile and document customer information as required
Respond to pet parent emails to proactively resolve issues
Listen, understand, and take quick action to solve pet parents’ problems

Requirements:

Must hold a property and casualty license in your state of residence
Must be willing to release property and casualty appointments
Must be able to work weekends
Two years of customer service or call center experience
Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
Dedicated area to work from in your home
Internet speed of 20 Mb/s download and 10 Mb/s upload
Wireless access is not permitted
Demonstrated passion for treating and caring for pet parents
Schedule flexibility for weekends, evenings, possible holidays, and occasional overtime
Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
Meet all attendance and dependability requirements
Be a team player
Wired Ethernet connection
Hard-wired broadband internet via DSL, cable, or fiber optic
Satellite, microwave, and cellular hotspot internet services are not permitted
Supply your own headset
Supply 1 of 2 required 21” monitors
