Licensed Real Estate Inside Sales Agent (ISA)

Weichert, Realtors – All Stars is hiring an experienced, California-licensed Inside Sales Agent to own lead follow-up for our small real estate team. You enjoy being on the phone, know how to earn trust and handle objections, and can turn a promising conversation into a clear next step. YOUR ROLE:Take ownership of assigned leads from first contact through appointment confirmation and continued follow-up. Work closely with our agents to build a pipeline of qualified buyers and sellers, and track what happens after each appointment.

• Make consistent outbound calls and respond promptly to inbound inquiries.
• Reconnect with database leads and maintain purposeful follow-up.
• Identify motivation, timing, needs, and readiness to meet with an agent.
• Address objections professionally and book qualified appointments.
• Confirm appointments, follow up on missed meetings, and coordinate handoffs.
• Keep CRM notes, lead stages, next actions, and follow-up dates accurate.
• Work with the team to track signed clients and transactions resulting from your appointments.

HOW SUCCESS IS MEASURED:We track meaningful conversations, qualified appointments set, appointments held, show rate, signed clients, closed transactions, and brokerage revenue collected from your opportunities. Quality and conversion matter alongside consistent calling activity. WHAT YOU BRING:

• An active California real estate license.
• Proven real estate cold-calling, inside-sales, or lead-conversion experience.
• Strong phone skills, confident objection handling, and disciplined follow-through.
• Hands-on CRM experience and the ability to manage your pipeline independently.
• A collaborative approach and accountability for results on a small team.

SCHEDULE:Part-time, remote, 20 hours per week. Monday through Friday, 8:00–10:00 a.m. and 5:00–7:00 p.m. COMPENSATION:$25 per hour plus 10% of brokerage commission actually received on qualifying closed transactions resulting from appointments you generate.
