Requirements
Alabama Property and Casualty Insurance License. Two or more years of experience in insurance sales or customer advocacy. Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite and agency management software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for explaining complex policy details. High school diploma or equivalent. Active Life and Health license is a plus. Can reside anywhere in the continental U.S. Consistently producing a minimum of 40 items per month.
Responsibilities
Meet with potential clients in our Dothan office to assess their specific insurance needs. Generate accurate quotes and explain coverage options in plain, easy-to-understand language. Manage an active pipeline of prospective clients while maintaining relationships with existing ones. Review current policyholder accounts to identify coverage gaps and offer better solutions. Process incoming payments and handle routine policy inquiries with care and accuracy. Collaborate with the rest of our office to improve our client outreach strategies.
