Join Our Team as a Transaction Coordinator! Seamless Real Estate Services is seeking a motivated, experienced Transaction Coordinator ready to build their own client base with support from our company. This is an independent contractor position—perfect for self-starters who thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment. What We’re Looking For:
- Active Real Estate License with MLS access
- Experience with contract-to-close, listing, and buyer management
- Ability to prospect and secure your own agent relationships
- Tech-savvy and highly organized What We Offer:
- Support for Building Your Client Base: We guide you in prospecting and securing agents to grow your dedicated TC roster.
- Compensation: Paid per file with a fair split between the company and you. Your Role:
- Manage transactions from contract to close
- Draft listing and buyer paperwork
- Input listings into the MLS
- Coordinate with agents, lenders, title companies, and clients
- Ensure all deadlines and paperwork are accurate and compliant
