Duties Engage in proactive outside sales activities to identify and develop new client relationships across diverse markets Conduct thorough client needs analysis to recommend suitable life insurance products and coverage options Negotiate policy terms and premiums with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and optimal coverage solutions Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service, follow-up, and ongoing communication Manage sales administration tasks, including CRM system updates, policy documentation, and benefits administration records Stay informed about industry trends, insurance regulations, and product knowledge such as health, property casualty, and commercial insurance Collaborate with clients to explain policy details clearly, answer questions, and facilitate smooth onboarding processes
Requirements
Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets Excellent negotiation and communication skills in multiple languages is a plus; bilingual abilities are highly valued Knowledge of insurance regulation, health insurance, life insurance, property casualty insurance, and benefits administration Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems for client management and sales tracking Strong analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options Customer service orientation with the ability to build lasting client relationships through effective communication Familiarity with health insurance knowledge and commercial insurance products is desirable Ability to work independently with motivation to succeed in a commission-driven environment Embark on a career that rewards your sales talent while helping clients secure their financial futures!
