What You'll Do
Connect with prospective clients to identify their life insurance needs. Educate individuals and families on coverage options from multiple insurance carriers. Build and maintain long-term client relationships. Manage leads, follow up with prospects, and complete insurance applications. Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and team development. Work toward personal production goals while maintaining professional and ethical sales practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Individuals who are coachable and willing to learn. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required. An active life insurance license is preferred. Unlicensed applicants must obtain the appropriate license before selling insurance. Compensation & Employment Structure This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity, not a salaried W-2 employment position. Compensation is entirely commission-based. Actual earnings depend on individual sales production, carrier compensation schedules, and policy persistency. No minimum earnings or income level is guaranteed.
