Wilson Kester, The Empowered Divorce Source, is adding a litigation legal assistant to our family law team. You will work remotely or on a hybrid schedule, spend your day on litigation support, and have a clear path to becoming a paralegal. What you will do Keep hearings and deadlines on the calendar Prepare subpoenas and gather records Organize discovery and build exhibit sets for hearings and trials Draft routine notices, letters, and court forms for review Why you will like it here Remote from anywhere in Michigan or hybrid, Monday through Friday, 8:00 to 5:00 Real litigation work, with filing and mail handled by our administrative team Experienced paralegals and attorneys to learn from A clear path to paralegal What you earn $26.92 to $30.29 per hour based on experience ($56,000 to $63,000 a year), plus: 120 hours of paid time off and nine paid holidays A quarterly bonus when you meet your goals Health, dental, and vision coverage, with the firm paying part of the premium Short-term disability A 401(k) with a 3% firm contribution once you are eligible About the firm Wilson Kester, The Empowered Divorce Source, was founded by Shelley A.
