Responsibilities: Perform the full range of notarial acts — oaths, affirmations, acknowledgments, signature witnessing, and certified copies — while maintaining a compliant journal of every act. Qualifications and Skills: U.S. citizen with valid Notary Public credentials. High school diploma or equivalent. Clear background check. Prior loan signing experience preferred. Willingness to learn, composure under pressure, and excellent communication. Job Requirements: High-speed Internet connection, dependable computer with camera and microphone, home-office setup, and reliable transportation with willingness to travel as needed.
