Role Description This is a full-time, remote Loan Officer role. The Loan Officer will be responsible for managing and evaluating loan applications, ensuring compliance with lending regulations, and helping clients navigate the loan process. Daily responsibilities include originating loans, reviewing documentation, confirming creditworthiness, nurturing relationships with clients and referral partners, and optimizing loan processing workflows. The role also entails maintaining high-quality loan submissions and proactively addressing any issues to create exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

Experience and proficiency in Loan Origination and working as Loan Officers Knowledge and application of Finance principles and practices Strong skills in Underwriting to ensure compliance and risk mitigation Proven ability to provide excellent Customer Service and effectively address client needs Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders Attention to detail, organizational abilities, and problem-solving aptitude Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred Relevant industry certifications are a plus and NMLS licensing is a most.
