Job Title: M365 Architect Location(s): Chicago, IL (Remote) Job Summary: As an M365 Architect, you will lead the design, implementation, and governance of Microsoft 365 solutions across the enterprise. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, scalable, and user-centric digital workplace experiences. This role requires deep technical expertise in Microsoft 365 services, strategic thinking, and strong leadership skills to drive innovation and adoption. Responsibilities: - Architecture & Strategy - Design and maintain the enterprise architecture for Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform. - Develop roadmaps and strategies for M365 adoption, integration, and optimization. - Ensure alignment with digital transformation goals and security standards. - Governance & Compliance - Establish governance frameworks for M365 usage, data retention, and access control. - Collaborate with Information Security and Compliance teams to ensure regulatory adherence, including GDPR and HIPAA. - Implementation & Support - Lead M365-related projects,
