Managed Bill Pay Analyst

About the Opportunity: The MANAGED BILL PAY ANALYST is responsible for ensuring the prompt and accurate payment of accounts on behalf of the organization’s customers. This role contributes by managing payment processes, resolving payment issues, and supporting financial operations to maintain service level agreements and key performance indicators. Responsibilities: Manage payments for assigned customers, including direct processing and monitoring third-party processed payments. Research and resolve payment issues, ensuring corrective actions. Review and upgrade customer payment methods monthly, focusing on credit card adoption. Assist in reviewing and allocating customer funding to pending invoices. Collaborate with invoice lifecycle teams and Managed Bill Pay Team to meet SLA metrics. Complete weekly or monthly priorities in coordination with management. Manage daily payment activities to meet KPI requirements. Ensure accuracy of payments according to customer-approved amounts. Perform other assigned projects and duties. Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Finance, Business, Mathematics, or IT preferred. 1-3 years of experience in Accounting or Finance preferred. Prior experience in fast-paced environments required. Proficient with MS Office, especially advanced Excel functions like V-lookups and pivot tables. Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to work independently and handle confidential information professionally. Results-oriented and focused. Pay Range and Compensation Package: The starting hourly wage is $19.50 to $22.00. Compensation depends on factors including location, skills, experience, complexity, and market rates.
