Manager, Customer Loyalty & Engagement | Remote US
For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Customer Loyalty & Engagement to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will lead customer loyalty and engagement efforts that support adoption, activation, and long-term value realization across a complex healthcare environment. The manager will partner closely with field sales and internal stakeholders to build account-specific plans, guide onboarding, and strengthen customer relationships. Success in this position will come from driving participation, improving program effectiveness, and creating a seamless experience for customers throughout their journey. Location: Remote Compensation: $102,000 – $177,100 annually
Responsibilities
Lead onboarding and implementation of customer loyalty programs Serve as the primary contact during customer adoption phases Develop account-specific engagement plans to drive activation Identify customer needs and maximize program participation Deliver training and support to enhance customer value from initiatives Act as a liaison between customers and field sales teams Monitor program effectiveness and identify enhancement opportunities
Qualifications
