You will play a key role in optimizing digital advertising campaigns, managing programmatic ad buying, and driving customer acquisition through various digital channels. Responsibilities Responsibilities Project Management & Implementation • Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and closure for regulated reporting program implementations • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines and tracking tools • Manage project scope, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies • Maintain meticulous documentation and ensure compliance with project management standards and regulatory requirements • Monitor project progress against KPIs and provide regular status updates to stakeholders • Utilize project management software and tools (Microsoft Project, Hive, or similar platforms) • Generate reports and dashboards to support decision-making and stakeholder communication Qualifications Required qualification: PMP Certification (Project Management Professional) – current and active • Minimum 4 years of project management experience • Proven experience managing complex, multi-phase implementations in regulated environments • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, Waterfall) • Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships in professional settings • Ability to work Central Time US business hours

PMP certification current and active; 4+ years project management experience; experience in regulated environments; knowledge of PMBOK, Agile, Waterfall; proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office; ability to work Central Time US business hours.
